Calling for favorites...

I'm calling for suggestions. My ipod is in need of a revamp, in a bad way. The problem is that when I listen to music, it's intended for children under the age of seven and that's not what I'm looking for! My running shoes have been gathering dust and as I put my anxiety about running to rest and pull them out, I need something fabulous to listen to. What are your favorite upbeat tunes these days? Something to keep me moving one foot in front of the other... come on, just click that little comment button and share your favs. My body will thank you so much.

Anything Beatles! They always put me in a good mood. My fave album is Abbey road. The Killers are also awesome too!

Okay I had to go look this song up on iTunes. I love it every time I hear it & am downloading it now. It is called "Sorry" and it is by Buckcherry. I like to sing this at the top of my lungs while driving...by myself of course!

We should meet up for a Saturday jog (as really, I can only jog these days) at Tempe Town Lake...I love running there.

Coldplay - Viva la Vida. It's not only upbeat but it's full of emotion.

I was listening to Lovers in Japan by Coldplay today, and thought it would be a perfect song for running. Looks like you have lots of good suggestions here!

I say try the sound of your beating heart, your feet hitting the pavement, and your lungs breathing in and out.
