Saturday we went to check out the Riparian Wildlife Preserve. Let's just say that when Denten realized the "wildlife" being preserved was birds, he wondered why the long drive... we had a good time anyway. Until Seneca met her first cactus up close. It was a beautiful day and a nice chance to be outside and wander together.

looks like fun, like the photo of you and seneca while picking out the cactus in her hand. one of my many goals of 09 is to spend more time outside/hiking/nature walking with the fam...so far haven't done too much of that...you're inspiring me to get on that!
Ohh, I hope Seneca doesn't hate cactus' later on in life. I hope she's ok. She's sure a super cute girl and I love her smiles.
You've been getting some great pictures! We used to live right by there and loved walking around...it's just a calm spot.
Love the pictures. You and Denton are so cute together. How is Seneca?
Oh, Cooper is so cute.
oh my goodness look at those cheeks and piggy tales on seneca! your kids are sooo cute. seneca and coop holding hands... little cactus pokies- what great pics!
Did you tell Coop to hold Senny's hand or did he just do that? I love them. And I LOVE Senny trying to make a funny face!
PS-Way to be a runner Sister.
PPS-Don't be annoying and lose MORE body fat. I agree with Tutz, you would wither away and die.
That's a block from my house! We love it there -- so peaceful. So sorry about Seneca's cactus encounter!
Yikes on the cactus. But really great pics!
What a fun family outing and with no coats! I just dropped Mckenzie off at piano and it was 21 degrees. I can see why people winter in Arizona. I'm glad you can enjoy that warm weather.
Everytime I see a picture of Seneca I want to squish her cheeks!! They are the best. You have adorable kids!
