- the living room is red in the photo. is it now a lovely shade of “favorite tan.”
- the kitchen is not that color anymore either.
- the master bath is just as amazing as it appears in the photo.
- the grass is green now!
when I have time to wander around with a wide-angle lens, I’ll give you my own tour. this will have to do for now.

I LOVE the HOMESTEAD!!! I can't believe how HUGE your bathroom is!!! I can't wait to see all the fun changes you've made!!! Congrats on the new home!!
That master bath is a masterpiece for sure. Huge! What an amazing house for your kids to play in. Great yard, pool, lots of space to run around! So fun!
Can I move in?
Your new home is AMAZING! I love it! And it is a mansion in my book. (o: I hope you learn to love your new ward and neighborhood.
I love it Amberly, congrats! You'll definantly have to post some of your own "after" pictures with new paint colors and such.
My favorite room is still the master bath. It is so glam. Right up your alley! But seriously, I do love love love it. I need to come see it with all the paint finished.
And while I'm sure it is lots of pain staking work, that is what makes it yours & wonderful. My parent's house was like yours when they bought it, nice, but not necessarily their style...and 10 years later, it was finally 'done' & it will forever be home to me for that reason. lots of blood, sweat & tears!
Beautiful. I love your house. It is so beautiful and elegant but still seems to have a very warm and welcoming feeling.
That house is massive...my favorite part is your huge yard. And you have already done so much with it in a short time.
Wow! We need to move to AZ! :) Love the house.
That is a terrific house! What a great place for your kids to grow up--the huge yard, the pool, the basketball hoop and lots of room inside to entertain. Good job, Robinsons!
Love it. Basketball courts, play set, huge laundry room to help keep everything in control. You're all gonna be happy there.
Your house looks awesome! I can't wait to see what it looks like once you are done with it - so much potential!
Beautiful! How fun for you and your family!
I really like the house - it has such distinct character/style and there is so much room to play! not too much mention just space space space to grow! Oh I can't wait to see what you do with it. Yeah for lovely homes! You are going to make it simply amazing I know it!
Hooray for the pictures, followed by a "holy schnikeys," because yes... it is a 'mansion' of sorts. You deserve to enjoy every piece of it!
It's definitely worthy of being called the Homestead! Can't wait to see what you do with it!
ummm AWESOME!!!!!! It looks amazing!!1
Congrats on your new house it is so nice, I don't know for sure where it is, but maybe one of these day we could try to meet up with you. I have not seen you in ages.
Amazing! You live about a mile from my parents (where I grew up). That is a great neighborhood.
So excited for you guys. Good luck with getting settled!
Gorgeous!!! Seriously I love it! I also loved all the pictures of the ceilings in the house, what amazing charm and character they add. What fun!
Oh Amberly, it's gorgeous!
Beautiful! I hope you have a maid on hand :)
Bada bing, can I come have a bath in that beauty!
I could teach some serious swim lessons in that pool :) Have fun!
LOVE IT!!!!! Can't wait to see how you make it your own. I hope to see lots of before and after photos! :)
Homestead seems to fit pretty nicely. I love the masterbath. My grandparents had a bathtub like that in the middle of their bathroom. It was like an indoor swimming pool! Let us know when you're ready for guests :)
So many things to say. Thanks for posting. I thought I was looking at your kitchen but then I got to a kitchen photo and went back and realized it is your laundry room. That's what I'm talking about! Space, yes!
I can't wait to see all of your great changes along the way. I'm sure the kids love the space. Enjoy it.
