Halloween 2010

Our little miss was slated to be Cinderella until hours before the costume debut when thanks to a last-minute change-up by Miss Elsie, Snow White became available.  I, personally, was thrilled.  I mean, Cinderella would have been ok, but Snow White was perfect!

When the girl was going to be a princess, this one wanted to be a dragon, so he could get the princess.  Loved the idea.  Then the big one could be a knight and save the princess!  Well, it worked in my head.

The big one, however, was not going for the knight idea.  He was bound and determined to be a spider.  His mother was beside herself trying to figure out how to make that happen.  You may be impressed with my attempt.  I am not a “homemade costume kind of mom.”  He’s really not angry.  or bored.  He just refused to smile because spiders do not smile.
